Ryme
Ryme is a collaboration of husband and wife with old world sensibilities as well as admiration for California’s terroir and sunny disposition. Our portfolio of wines has grown gradually and organically since 2007, beginning with a single ton of Aglianico. The varieties may be rare or unusual but none of them are a mere curiosity for us. Rather, they represent wines that we love, drink often, and truly believe in the potential for success in their chosen sites.

Verse
Verse was started in 2011 as a compliment to our more esoteric Ryme portfolio. Under the Verse label we are concentrating on making more popular grape varieties in a style that we love to drink. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were produced in our inaugural vinatge. The Chardonnay is refreshing in it's brightness of acidity. It did not see any new oak in it's barrel treatment or complete malolactic fermentation. The Pinot Noir shows beautiful dark fruits, while maintaining elegance and a feminine floral side.
